Field Visit Officer
Responsibilities:-
- Making appointment to visit customers who are uncontactable and for broken PTP'S.
- Have direct interaction with customers and to attend weekly / monthly meetings.
- Handling Incoming calls for customer regarding the case that have had appointments made.
Recovery Officer
Responsibilities:-
- Manage delinquent accounts to improve collection through consistent customer contact.
- Produce and arrange collection solutions for customers.
- Skip tracing on accounts for potential leads on customer.
Software Engineer
Responsibilities:-
- Work closely with the senior software engineer to design, develop, test and implement the company’s software development projects.
- Maintain, enhance, customize and optimize the product to meet the client’s requirements and business growth.
- Keep up to date on current and emerging software development technologies.
